for the purpose of harassment.  That you are not engaging Lawsuit.com, LLC  ("LAWSUIT.COM") to give you legal advice.
That LAWSUIT.COM may forward this information to an attorney or law firm and that they may contact you at the address and contact numbers you have supplied.
That LAWSUIT.COM is in no way responsible for the advice, actions or inactions of the attorneys or law firms that may contact you.
That registering a complaint on this website in no way implies an 
attorney/client relationship or attorney/client privilege either with LAWSUIT.COM or any of our listed attorneys.
That use of the information you submit on this website is governed by our 
Privacy Policy.  That we may retain your information for an indefinite period of time.
That LAWSUIT.COM does not guaranty any satisfaction or compensation for your

PURPOSE.  The purpose of LAWSUIT.COM is to assist you in your selection of a 
lawyer.  We provide a listing of  attorneys in your jurisdiction who may be interested in your claim.  We seek to facilitate contact between you and one of our listing attorneys.  Generally, there is no charge to you for the initial review of your legal matter, but the terms of handling your case must be established between you and the attorney you select.
NO LEGAL ADVICE.  LAWSUIT.COM does not provide, and does not seek to provide, legal advice, mediation or counseling under any circumstances.
NO ATTORNEY/CLIENT RELATIONSHIP CREATED.  Use of LAWSUIT.COM, including a submission of your legal matter, is to assist you in selecting an attorney.  No attorney/client relationship is created by your use of LAWSUIT.COM.  
Use of LAWSUIT.COM may or may not lead to the establishment of an attorney/client relationship between you and an attorney.  
One or more attorneys are selected in every state to participate in the 
LAWSUIT.COM online legal directory.  When you submit your case on the LAWSUIT.COM website, it is automatically sent to every attorney in the state who is a part of the online directory.  The claim will be sent to the attorney(s) in the state in which you are located.  If you are concerned your claim may be transmitted to an attorney who you do not want to receive it, do not submit it to the LAWSUIT.COM website.
SELECTION OF ATTORNEYS AND RELATIONSHIP TO LAWSUIT.COM.  Attorneys are independent contractors of LAWSUIT.COM, which means they have no  relationship with LAWSUIT.COM other than signing up with the service for the purpose of listing their practices to receive claims submitted over the LAWSUIT.COM website.
Attorneys are selected from different sources, such as American Trial Lawyers Association, as well as other sources.  No thorough investigation into attorneys' backgrounds have been conducted, and you need to ask questions you think are appropriate to make sure you are satisfied with the attorney you select.  If you have any reservations, do not submit your claim.
STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS.  Legal claims have a time limitation for filing in 
a court of law.  This time barrier is called the statute of limitation.  The time varies based on the location of the lawsuit and the type of claim.  Accordingly, you should seek advice from a qualified attorney to determine the applicable time limitation.  DO NOT reply on LAWSUIT.COM to prevent your claim from being time barred.
YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.  LAWSUIT.COM may review your legal matter but not respond.  Also LAWSUIT.COM may choose to refer or not refer the matter to an attorney.  If LAWSUIT.COM chooses to refer your legal matter to an attorney, that attorney is under no obligation to respond to you and may choose not to do 
so.  Again, you should seek your own legal counsel and not rely on LAWSUIT.COM to provide or obtain legal representation for you.  If you have a legal matter, it is up to you to seek advice from a qualified attorney.  DO NOT rely upon the submission of your inquiry to LAWSUIT.COM as a substitute for legal advice.  If an attorney does contact you, it is your obligation to inquire and confirm to your satisfaction that the attorney is familiar with your type of case and his/her win/loss record.
CONFIDENTIALITY.  Any information you send to LAWSUIT.COM in an email message might not be confidential or privileged.  Information submitted is not 
confidential until an attorney/client relationship is formed.  It is suggested that you withhold names of parties until consulting with an attorney with whom you intend to contract.
MATTERS YOU SHOULD NOT DISCLOSE.  During your initial submission of your 
legal matter to LAWSUIT.COM, do not disclose the names of any persons or companies involved in the matter since a conflict of interest may exist.
HIRING AN ATTORNEY IS YOUR OWN CHOICE.  You are free to hire an attorney 
of your choice.  Whether or not you choose to hire an attorney listed on LAWSUIT.COM is entirely your decision.  If an attorney does contact you, it is your obligation to inquire and confirm to your satisfaction that the attorney is familiar with your type of case and his/her win/loss record.
LAWSUIT.COM HAS NO INVOLVEMENT IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR ATTORNEY.  Your selection of an attorney is your decision alone.  LAWSUIT.COM does not warrant, guaranty or make any promises in connection with actions of any attorney listed on LAWSUIT.COM.  LAWSUIT.COM does not have any involvement in your relationship with your attorney, whether or not you found that attorney through LAWSUIT.COM.
OWNERSHIP, LICENSE & RESTRICTIONS ON USE.  All rights, title and interest 
(including all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights) in LAWSUIT.COM belong to LAWSUIT.COM.  Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any license or right, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, under copyright or other intellectual property rights.  No portion of LAWSUIT.COM may be reproduced, republished, copied, transmitted or distributed in any form or by any means.  In no event shall materials from LAWSUIT.COM be stored in any information storage and retrieval system without prior written permission from LAWSUIT.COM.

Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America.  Disputes arising hereunder shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the state court of Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia.
CHANGES TO LAWSUIT.COM AND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  LAWSUIT.COM and these Terms of Service may be changed by LAWSUIT.COM with or without notice.  Please review these Terms of Service on a regular basis for changes.  Continued use of LAWSUIT.COM following any change constitutes your acceptance of the change.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT.  These Terms of Service incorporate by reference any 
additional notices, terms or conditions contained elsewhere on LAWSUIT.COM.  
Together, they constitute the entire agreement with respect to your access to and use of LAWSUIT.COM.
SEVERABILITY.  If any provision of these TOS is unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
LEGAL AND ETHICAL REQUIREMENTS.   LAWSUIT.COM has tried to comply with all legal and ethical requirements in compiling this site.  To the extent that the professional responsibility rules of any jurisdiction require us to designate a principal office for LAWSUIT.COM; LAWSUIT.COM designates its office at 195 Atizona Avenue, NE, No. 162, Atlanta, GA 30307.
STATE DISCLAIMERS.
Alabama
No representation is made that the quality of the legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers.

Florida
The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely upon advertisements.  Before you decide, ask us to send you free written information about our qualifications and experience.

Hawaii
The supreme Court of Hawaii?s grants Hawaii?s certification only to lawyers in good standing who have successfully completed a specialty program accredited by the American Bar Association.

Illinois
The Supreme Court of Illinois does not recognize certifications of specialties in the practice of law and that the certificate, award or recognition is not a requirement to practice law in Illinois.

Iowa
The determination of the need for legal services and the choice of a lawyer are extremely important decisions and should not be based solely upon advertisements or self-proclaimed expertise. This disclosure is required by rule of the Supreme Court of Iowa. 
Memberships and offices in legal fraternities and legal societies, technical and professional licenses, and memberships in scientific, technical and professional associations and societies of law or field of practice do not mean that a lawyer is a specialist or expert in a field of law, nor do they mean that such a lawyer is necessarily any more expert or competent than any other lawyer. 
A description or indication of limitation of practice does not mean that any agency or board has certified such lawyer as a specialist or expert in an indicated field of law practice, nor does it mean that such lawyer is necessarily any more expert or competent than any other lawyer. 
All potential clients are urged to make their own independent investigation and evaluation of any lawyer being considered.  This notice is required by rule of the Supreme Court of Iowa.

Massachusetts
If a Massachusetts lawyer holds himself or herself out as "certified" in a particular service, field or area of law by a non-governmental body, the certifying organization is a private organization, whose standards for certification are not regulated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Mississippi

There is no procedure in Mississippi for approving certifying or designating organizations and authorities.

Missouri
Neither the Supreme Court of Missouri nor the Missouri Bar reviews or approves certifying organizations or specialist designations.

Nevada
Neither the state bar of Nevada nor any agency of the State Bar has certified any lawyer identified here as a specialist or as an expert.  Anyone considering a lawyer should independently investigate the lawyer's credentials and ability.

New Jersey
Any certification as a specialist, or any certification in a field of practice, that does not state that such certification has been granted by the Supreme Court of New Jersey or by an organization that has been approved by the American Bar Association, indicates that the certifying organization has not been approved, or has been denied approval, by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the American Bar Association.

New Mexico
LAWYER ADVERTISEMENT 16-701 
Any certification by an organization other than the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization does not constitute recognition by the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization, unless the lawyer is also recognized by the board as a specialist in that area of law.

Rhode Island
The Rhode Island Supreme Court licenses all lawyers in the general practice of law.  The court does not license or certify any lawyer as an expert or specialist in any field of practice.

Tennessee
Certifications of Specialization are available to Tennessee lawyers in all areas of practice relating to or included in the areas of Civil Trial, Criminal Trial, Business Bankruptcy, Consumer Bankruptcy, Creditor's Rights, Medical Malpractice, Legal Malpractice, Accounting Malpractice, Elder Law, Estate Planning and Family Law.
