Ms. Carol Barkes help individuals and organizations manage and resolve conflict through innovative, neuroscience based mediation & negotiation strategies, coaching, and education. Carol holds an MBA in Negotiation & Conflict Management; a BBA in Global Leadership & Influence; an AA in Fire Science; and is currently pursuing a PhD in Peak Performance Psychology with an emphasis in Neuroscience Based Conflict Resolution.

Carol is a trend-setting mediator, business consultant, best-selling author and educator specializing in the use of neuroscience to improve business performance, interpersonal communications, negotiation and conflict resolution processes for optimally successful results. In fact, her clients resolve their disputes approximately 95% of the time.

Carol mediates thousands of disputes annually and is well-versed, approachable, inclusive, engaging and her diverse experience makes her a very relatable. Her latest book, Success Breakthroughs, is a best seller and was co-written by Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the Soul author). She is also a 2019 AND 2022 Idaho Women of the Year Honoree.
