Craig A. Diamond has tried cases throughout the State of California and in the State of Washington during his more than four decades of practicing law. He has tried brain damage, wrongful death, traumatic amputations, products and premises liability cases, large value construction defect cases, as well as a wage and hour class action and commercial matters for both plaintiffs and defendants. Craig has also appeared before the California First and Third District Courts of Appeal, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and before the United States Supreme Court.

Craig’s accomplishments over the years have led him be selected by his peers as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Craig was also a firefighter for 15 years, and a fire investigator for 12 years. He was voted “Firefighter of the year” in 1996.
