Gary Rosner is a Partner at Ritter Chusid, LLP, and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Court Mediator, a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator and Florida Department of Financial Services Mediator. Gary further serves as a court appointed and private Special Magistrate.
Gary has been a civil litigator for over 25 years and practices in all areas of civil litigation including, but not limited to, title insurance, real estate, landlord/tenant, commercial, escrow, HOA/Condo/Coop associations, business, probate, first party property damage claims, insurance coverage, complex, professional liability and personal injury litigation. Additionally, Gary serves as an adjunct professor in the Nova Southeastern University paralegal/legal undergraduate studies program.
Gary serves on numerous bar committees and is a board member of the South Broward Bar Association. He is also a sought after speaker on alternative dispute resolution topics.
