Jennifer was instrumental in the codification of Collaborative Law in Arizona through Arizona Rule of Court 67.1 (ratified in 2016). Rule 67.1 makes Collaborative Law available in any family law case involving:

- Relocation of a child
- Child support
- Adoption
Families in crisis deserve an option to recover financially, emotionally, mentally, socially, privately and with dignity. The overwhelming majority of families can use the Collaborative Process to common ground for people to rebuild their lives in the midst of legal crises. Jennifer Moshier has a unique practice based in both Arizona and California. Jennifer practiced law in San Francisco for several years before becoming licensed to practice in Arizona. She frequently collaborates and litigates business and family law matters. Jennifer is based in Phoenix but appears in courts in California and Arizona and works in both states.
