Lisa Morrell

A Common Ground Mediation

Lisa Morrell

Lisa Morrell and Stacey Herries are the founders of A Common Ground Mediation in Bozeman, MT.  Both Lisa and Stacey are Certified Mediators and focus their services mostly on Divorce & Family Mediation.  With video conferencing, they can serve Butte, Belgrade, Billings and Missoula.

Their approach towards mediation guides their clients to feel empowered in their decision-making process and obtain a resolution that’s best suited for their needs, while addressing the roots of the conflict.

Stacey and Lisa’s path to mediation began after more than forty (40) collective years of working with children and families in education. Their experience with the following areas contributes to their desire to help those in conflict achieve resolution and move toward peaceful and less complicated life goals.

  •     Conflict-resolution
  •     Understanding family dynamics
  •     Youth brain development
  •     Communication

Types of Conflicts They Resolve:

  •     Divorce
  •     Staying Married
  •     Parenting Plans
  •     Education-Related Disputes
  •     Landlord-Tenant
  •     Property Settlement
  •     Workplace
  •     Community/Social Justice

Mediation allows the opportunity for those directly affected by the conflict to create a resolution, considering those directly involved know their issues, needs, and desired outcomes best.
