Marvin Schuldiner

Marvin Schuldiner decided to become a mediator because he genuinely wants to help people move on with their lives.  Too often, folks get caught up in their disputes and conflicts that it consumes them.  Marvin also structured his practice to be personalized and convenient for his clients because he never liked the impersonal service that large firms give clients.

Marvin has satellite offices around the state, as well as night and weekend hours to make things convenient for his clients. He is a strong believer in the parties controlling their own destinies, and to that end, uses a primarily facilitative mediation style.  The parties control the outcome while the mediator controls the process.  He also tends to keep the mediation process informal, which keeps the parties relaxed and typically results in a more successful outcome.
