H. Wesley “Wes” Reeder’s career litigation experience and practice has focused in the areas of construction and commercial litigation, serving a broad range of clients including General Contractors, Subcontractors, Sureties, Architects and Engineers, Residential Owners, Developers, Material Suppliers and Business Owners. He also has practice experience in the areas of Eminent Domain and real estate litigation.
Now focused more on his role as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator (15 years experience), Wes relies on his broad range of experience as a litigator and party representative to help guide parties to successful, voluntary settlement of their disputes. In particular, in Construction related disputes, including multi-party cases, Wes brings a keen understanding of the relationships of the construction parties and of the interplay and importance of the parties’ insurance coverage.
Wes mediates cases in person or via remote capabilities, involving:

- Condemnation proceedings
- Real estate matters
Wes is a retired Naval Reserve Officer with more than 24 years of aviation industry related service to the federal government and the U.S. Military. While on active duty in the U.S. Navy, Wes had the honor of serving as a crewman with the Naval Flight Demonstration Squadron (a.k.a. Blue Angels).
