Barry Wernick has mediated hundreds of cases, is a Credentialed Distinguished Mediator and is certified in both basic and advanced mediation, as well family mediation. Barry often uses much of his 20 plus years of legal experience and knowledge in complex business litigation matters serving as in-house legal counsel, CEO, and managing member for numerous companies in various industries including, but not limited to:

In 2013 Wernick became a certified mediator opening his full-time dispute resolution practice. As a member of the Texas Bar College since 2017, he takes hundreds of hours of general legal education courses, a. And more specifically, in addition to giving lectures on dispute resolution and negotiations, he continues to also take advanced mediation, ZOOM mediation, arbitration, and negotiation training courses to further improve his skills.
