Chris Adkins thoroughly understands the difficulties that come with divorce, dividing one’s assets and debts, child custody and having to blend two child custody schedules himself, as he and his wife brought these matters to their family structure as they created their next chapter. Understanding custody from both a legal and practical perspective, he tries to help his clients develop arrangements that truly support their children’s best interests, and that work for the long term.
Chris is passionate about helping parents develop schedules that minimize conflict, and support their children’s growth and development. His practice philosophy avoids or minimizes litigation to the extent they are able to come to a reasonable agreement. If they are not, or if they are dealing with the unreasonable, then he has no choice but to fight for what is best for your children.
