Janet Sanders

Janet Sanders Attorney

Janet Sanders

Janet Sanders is qualified as a domestic relations mediator and sessions may be conducted at her office or virtually. She has practiced in the domestic relations area for over forty years.  Mediation is a process that helps people resolve disputes out of the courtroom and reduce their litigation costs.  Using a neutral to mediate your domestic dispute gives you the opportunity to be a part of the solution, rather than allowing a judge.  Some local courts require persons to complete a two-hour mediation session before a family lawsuit may proceed to trial.

As a neutral, the mediator cannot represent either party in a lawsuit, nor can the mediator provide legal advice. The mediator may provide a written summary of the subjects discussed but will not prepare legal documents for the court proceeding.
