After being admitted to the practice of law in 1994, Michelle Perkins was a sole practitioner for two years before forming Owens & Perkins with her maternal grandfather, C.D. Owens, whom she she worked side by side with for 23 years, before he retired in 2017.
As a legal professional, Michelle mediates all forms of divorce and family law, inclusive of child custody & child support matters, divorce, high net worth divorce, legal separation, spousal maintenance, paternity, parenting time, and modifications of current family law court orders.

We utilize both a large, spacious conference room with space for large mediations including multiple attorneys and parties, as well as smaller office spaces for accommodating break-out sessions, or caucuses, with each party and their attorney.
