Sasha von Varga, LCSW is the founder of Collaborators, Inc., an organization dedicated to the emotional well-being of children, teens, adults, and families through collaboration. Sasha has 25 years of direct clinical experience working with individuals and families who thrive when the expectations they have of themselves and each other are clear.
Sasha maintains a private clinical practice in Northfield, IL and serves the communities in and around the North Shore area. In addition to being a respected relationship therapist, Sasha also works with divorcing or separating couples to help parents minimize the negative effects of divorce by engaging them in a conscious frame of problem-solving that keeps the children and their futures at the heart of their process.
Sasha is a Divorce Consultant, Collaborative Divorce Coach, Divorce Child Specialist, and mediator in Cook and Lake Counties, and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), and a Fellow of the Collaborative Divorce of Illinois (CDI), and serves on the faculty of educators who teach attorneys, certified divorced financial analysts (CDFA’s), and mental health professionals the paradigm of the collaborative divorce process in Illinois. Sasha is also a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals( IACP), and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).
