Bob Meynardie is a trial lawyer with more than three decades of commercial, real property, and construction litigation experience. Bob has been a Superior Court certified mediator since 2000 and has served as a neutral in nearly 1000 civil cases, as well as being a member of the American Arbitration Association’s commercial and construction panels for both arbitration and mediation.
Bob opened a solo practice in 2008, after 15 years practicing complex commercial litigation in two of the largest firms in North Carolina. He left the large firm in order to provide more flexible and affordable solutions to local governments, small businesses and individuals.
Additionally, Bob has been a certified civil court mediator since 2000 and has acted as an advocate or mediator in hundreds of civil cases. In 2018 he launched Carolina Mediations, and “The Middle View,” a website and newsletter dedicated to improving advocacy in mediation and thereby improving mediation outcomes.
