Kelly Overstreet Johnson is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit-Civil Mediator, a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator handling non-binding and binding arbitration throughout Florida, and an American Arbitration Association panelist for Commercial, Employment and Large Complex Cases. With proven experience in resolving many types of disputes, Ms. Johnson also serves as a panelist for Alterity Alternative Dispute Resolution.
After 40 years in an active litigation & mediation practice, primarily handling commercial, probate, civil and employment matters, Ms. Johnson has recently transitioned to a full-time alternative dispute resolution practice. Ms. Johnson has been mediating since 2007, successfully resolving over a thousand cases. She is available to handle in-person or virtual mediations and arbitrations throughout the state of Florida or such jurisdictions as may be requested by the parties.
Ms. Johnson is a former president of The Florida Bar, the Tallahassee Bar Association and the Tallahassee Women Lawyers, and maintains professional connections statewide in the Florida legal community, where she is highly regarded.
