C. Richard Nail

Marital and family law attorney C. Richard Nail is of counsel in GrayRobinson’s Lakeland office. Rick is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by The Florida Bar and focuses his practice exclusively on marital and family law litigation matters. His practice includes counsel related to:

• The dissolution of marriage
• Collaborative law and cooperative law
• Marital settlement agreements
• Pre and post – nuptial agreements

Rick is a supreme court certified family law mediator, and is one of the founding members of the Tampa Bay Collaborative Divorce Group, having served as chair of the Florida Bar Certification Committee for Marital and Family Law. He has also served as a member of the Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization and Education and has been a member of The Florida Bar Board of Governors since 2010.
