Stephanie Palau is a licensed master social worker, psychotherapist and mediator, with 25+ years of experience. Ms. Palau trained at Columbia University School of Social Work , The International Trauma Studies Program and The Center for Mediation and Training. With a holistic, psychosocial approach, she utilizes an attentive, reflective, and interactive therapeutic process enabling clients to gain deeper self-awareness and insight.
In partnerships with her clients, Stephanie facilitates their wellbeing through compassion and has extensive experience supporting individuals, families and children in crisis and through life transitions.
Stephanie offers divorce & family mediation for couples who prefer a non-adversarial, cost-effective, and self-determining process in facilitating stressful life events like separation, divorce, creation of parenting plans & parenting coordination. By making decisions yourselves, she helps you find compromise and guide you through the process, beginning to end.
