Samuel Knolton, Jr. went to UK Community College majoring in Criminal Justice. He also attended Austin Peay with a Bachelor of Science, then Nashville School of Law obtaining my Juris Doctor in 2009. Sam retired from the Police Department in Clarksville, TN having served in numerous positions. He was a member of the Fatal Accident Crash Team, having investigated traffic fatalities and severe injury crashes for a number of years and taught Traffic Homicide Investigation at the Tennessee Law Enforcement Academy.
Sam was a member of the Crime Scene Investigations Unit for eleven years, and then after retiring, was hired as a Special Assistant United States Attorney/Assistant District Attorney General for prosecution of Gang and Gun cases under Project Safe Neighborhoods.
Sam’s education and accomplishments in Law have led to his vast understanding of the court system, coupled with his passion to help families in some of their most difficult times, led him to focus his expertise on Family Law for the past eight years. This includes but is not limited to, Juvenile cases involving DCS, Custody, Contested and Uncontested Divorces, Estate Planning and Probate.
