Civil / Commercial Mediation
Mediation can used before or after any legal action is initiated. Usually, mediation results in a memorandum of understanding that outlines the points of agreement between the parties. It is not considered binding until both sides have had an opportunity for an attorney review. Mediation is not a substitute for legal representation; instead mediators work with attorneys and their clients to come to a mutually agreeable decision outside of court
