James (Chip) Black

Chip Black is a co-founder of Dispute Settlement Center, which provides affordable and effective mediation services in the greater Miami area.  Their team of mediators specializes in pre-suit mediations, as well as family disputes, pre-divorce filings, real estate, construction, aviation and Maritime disputes.

Chip and his team believe that mediation should be a service available to everyone at a reasonable cost.  Their objective is to provide the very best mediation experience possible, at a rate that is reasonable and fair to all parties. DSC builds long-lasting relationships with their clients and will not take assignments for which they are not qualified.
