Ashley White

Ashley White is a Volunteer Mediator for both Judge Martha Cook, District Court Judge, and for Judge Shera Grant, District Court Judge since January of 2022, and has mediated cases involving

  • Unlawful Detainer
  • Small claims
  • Landlord Tenant

Ashley formed AW Mediation Service in January of 2023 and has mediated other relevant matters involving:

  • Personal injury matters
  • Premises liability matters
  • Breach of contract matters

Ashley’s cumulative experience comes from years of working closely with local law firms as a paralegal, addressing file and case management, trial prep and mediation prep. Ashley saw first hand the benefits of using mediation as a way to avoid litigation, its lengthy process in the courts, the stress it takes on those in dispute, as well as allowing the disputants to be a part of the resolution.

Additionally, Ashley’s experience as a Social Service Caseworker for the state of Alabama prior to going to law school, gave her firsthand experience working with families in the areas of:
