Charles Giannetto, age 69, is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. Mr. Giannetto received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1980. After graduation, he worked for the firm of Michaels Seeger Rosenbald and Arnold, Attorneys, Rochester, Minnesota (now Dunlap & Seeger) for ten years. He has been a solo practitioner since then, with an emphasis on corporate and securities law and commercial real estate finance. Mr. Giannetto was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1990.

Charles has more than 40 years business and legal experience, including SEC. public company experience and investment banking. He has performed the duties of public company General Counsel and operations executive, in addition to being an active Board Member.  He has complete deal making experience including public offerings, private placement and M&A transactions, private equity Funds, and commercial real estate, finance, and construction experience. He has also lead several workouts and turnarounds and has managed multiple functions including finance, compliance and operations and has extensive experience with financial institutions, investors, stock exchanges and the SEC. Mr. Giannetto also has experience with bankruptcy workouts and DIP appointments.

Mr. Giannetto was the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Quantum Immunologics Inc., an early-stage life sciences company in Tampa, FL. Previously, Charles was the Chief Legal Officer and Director of CALI Holdings, Inc., and Kairos Holdings Inc, both public traded 1940 Act investment companies.

Additionally, Charles is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil (2010) and Family Law (2022) Mediator.
