Chris McDonald

Chris McDonald - ADR Office of Chris McDonald

Chris McDonald

Chris McDonald is a mediator, arbitrator, and consultant with over 27 years of legal experience as a litigator of commercial, securities, and antitrust disputes, as well as being in-house counsel for a telecom company. Chris brings a “seen it from all sides” perspective to resolving commercial disputes, where he represented both corporate plaintiffs and defendants in litigation, worked as in-house and fought against corporate misconduct on behalf of shareholders and consumers.

That breadth of experience gives him the ability to understand and appreciate complex disputes from multiple vantage points and positions him to facilitate the resolution that might otherwise seem intractable.
