For more than 40 years, Craig Gabbert has guided financially distressed businesses through the bankruptcy and restructuring process. Craig has represented both debtors and creditors in many of the most visible workouts and bankruptcies in Tennessee, negotiating with creditors, finding capital and facilitating settlements. In addition to his bankruptcy work, Craig represents clients in a wide-range of disputes, including those resulting from:

His ability to negotiate deals led him to become an approved Rule 31 General Civil Mediator by the Tennessee Supreme Court. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Craig was a founding member and shareholder at Harwell Howard Hyne Gabbert & Manner, P.C.
