Daniel Baldwin is the President of Baldwin & Associates LLC, a diversified alternative dispute resolution and ADR consulting firm. He is a regular lecturer at area colleges on proactive human conflict resolution. He is a former member of the board of directors for Workforce Florida Inc., the State of Florida Small Business Regulatory Advisory Council and the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators where he is Diplomate in good standing.
Daniel has served as a Florida Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) faculty member lecturing on effective negotiation skills and diversity in mediation at the annual Arbitrators & Mediators conference and has served as an Investigator for the Mediator Qualifications Board (MQB). He has served as a chair of the Florida Lemon Law arbitration panel for the Attorney General’s Office; St. Petersburg region.
Daniel is a supreme court certified mediator and qualified arbitrator. Mr. Baldwin is also a Florida Wind certified Umpire, a FEMA certified Flood Adjuster and a certified General Adjuster. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is a certified multi-state licensed insurance claims adjuster, has a mortgage banking background and a Six Sigma Black Belt in business process and has earned numerous certificates of competency
