Dennis Moskal

For more than two decades, Dennis Moskal practiced civil litigation in the state and federal courts in Western Pennsylvania as well as other parts of the state. He has litigated many diverse types of cases and became familiar with all facets of litigation.
In 2010, Dennis decided to go on his own by starting the Law Offices of Dennis M. Moskal in the U.S. Steel Tower. For the last decade, he decided to narrow his practice to represent Plaintiffs (injured parties) with their employment cases. He became known as the Termination-Doctor and Harassment-Doctor since handling cases in which people unlawfully were terminated from their jobs.
Currently, he further narrowed his practice to focus on sexual harassment cases to the exclusion of other cases.
He has an MBA and is Certified Mediator and Early Neutral Evaluator in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and a Certified Fraud Examiner within the ranks of the International Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Dennis is also a published writer, both professionally and as a hobby. He published several articles in the Lawyer’s Journal, including a two-part feature article “Tenth Year Anniversary of Bad Faith Statute.”
