Skip Hegman is associated with the Montana Mediation Association (MtMA), a professional, non-profit association of certified mediators and other neutrals dedicated to the principles of informed, consensual resolution of interpersonal conflicts. He has over 20 years as a national level union representative and an equal amount of experience in upper level management at the federal level. Skip has conducted over 100 workplace assessments in private, municipal, county, and federal sectors. He also mediated over 200 employment conflicts.
