Kathleen Elliot

Kathleen Elliot has more than 20 years of social services experience, with the majority of it being performed serving children and families in crisis. She graduated from IUPUI in May of 1994 and has worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer, Child Protection Case Manager, and in North Gibson School Corporation as a School and Child Advocate. She was the Director of Circuit Court Social Services and CASA of Gibson County and worked for KidsPeace Foster Care Programs as the Director for Southern Indiana.

Working in this field has made her realize the importance of “helping build a child instead of repairing an adult”. The goal is to provide the resources, tools, education and encouragement to parents who at times have no good choices for how to handle their current situations.

Kathleen continues to serve families by providing mediation services for families that do not wish to pursue their dispute in the traditional courtroom arrangement and be a part of that solution by working with a neutral.
