Kim DeShazo

Kim graduated magna cum laude from Birmingham-Southern College with a Bachelor of Science in International Business in 2001. A recipient of the D.R. Bounds, Jr., Memorial Scholarship, Mrs. DeShazo earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2004.

Kim began her practice at Webster Henry in August 2004. The primary focus of Kim’s practice is civil litigation and insurance litigation.  She is registered on the Alabama State Court Mediator Roster and has an active mediation practice.  She also represents creditors in various collections matters and assists clients with estate planning. She is licensed to practice in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida.

In addition, Kim teaches Sunday school at First Baptist Church Trussville. She also serves on the Trussville City Schools Board of Education and the Board of Directors of Pathways Professional Counseling. She is also an active member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.
