Kimberly A. Booth Chicoine is an attorney and mediator whose primary focus is in family law, as well as serving as a Guardian Ad Litem in custody cases at the District Court Level. Kimberly received her training in Domestic Intimate Partner Abuse (DIPA) matters and is a trained Collaborative Law attorney and in general mediation, family law mediation, and Specialized Alternative Dispute Resolution for high conflict and DIPA cases.

Kimberly has received her certificate for basic mediation, family law mediation and Specialized Alternative Dispute Resolution (high conflict), as well as completing the Parenting Coordinator Training. Kimberly is an approved Parenting Act mediator with the State of Nebraska and serves as a mediator on the 4-3 Panel in Douglas County, Nebraska.

Kimberly earned her JD from Creighton University School of Law in 1998 and is admitted to practice in Nebraska, Iowa, and the United States Supreme Court. She is a contributing author for the 2019 Family Law Practice Manual and is a member of the Office of Dispute Resolution Advisory Council for the Nebraska Supreme Court, a member of the Nebraska Mediation Association, and a member of the Family Law and ADR sections of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
