Lucia Galante Johnson

Lucia Galante Johnson, M.S. FHD is a Family and Human Dynamics Specialist. Lucia has worked for over a decade in the arena of Healthcare and Family Systems with a master’s degree from Arizona State University in Sociology. She comes to the Mediation arena with extensive experience in cultural diversity and human development, and has served as a mediator for numerous courts in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

Lucia was DRPA trained at Loyola Law School Center for Conflict Resolution and active with SCMA both at the PDG’s and Conferences until recently elected to the SCMA board. She graduated from the Fall 2019 SCMA mentorship program and has started a private mediation practice in the South Bay.

Conflicts arise when individuals feel misunderstood, not heard, or even devalued. Some disputes can spiral to proportions that need a professional neutral to assist. This is especially true in corporate setting where staff and management may have a different perspective on company vision.
