Mari J. Frank is a California licensed attorney/mediator since 1985 and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and Family Court Mediator who has successfully resolved thousands of disputes. Mari is a certified information privacy professional (CIPP) and had served for three years as Chair of the State Bar of California Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Legal Services Section. She presently is a qualified member of the Civil Mediation Panel for the Orange County, California Superior Court and serves on the Executive Committee of the Orange County Courts Arbitration and Mediation Administration Committee. Mari is a member of the Hillsborough, FL Bar Association ADR committee and a member of the ADR Section of the State Bar of Florida and belongs to the Inn of Courts in Tampa, Florida.
As a law professor. Mari has taught hundreds of law students, and as a certified MCLE trainer, has taught thousands of attorneys for continuing legal education for the Bar. She has taught negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution at the University of California, Irvine; Brandman University, and was an adjunct professor at Western State University School of law for eight years. Additionally, she served as a Board Member of the Orange County, CA Bar Association ADR Section.
Mari has authored the textbook Negotiation Breakthroughs, and dozens of published articles/booklets dealing with conflict resolution. She is also co-author of Steppingstones to Success and Fighting for Love; Turn Conflict into Intimacy, A Couples Guide,as well asthree other privacy books. Mari is the host of the podcast” Conflict Healing”
