Mary Weiner

Attorney Mary Weiner has worked on behalf of children and families since she graduated from college. Prior to attending law school, Mary worked and volunteered in the Foundation at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, where she discovered her passion for helping children and families.

After law school, Mary worked as Director of Special Projects for the National Association for Children of Alcoholics in Rockville, MD. There, she worked with members of Congress to draft legislation and policy to help children and families impacted by addiction.

Mary received advanced training in mediation and collaboration in Connecticut, and continues diligently serving families through these non-adversarial practices.

Mary is a member of the Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce and the Collaborative Divorce Lawyers Association. Her goal is to support individuals and families through the divorce process in a way that helps clients preserve dignity and family relationships. She empowers clients to retain control of their case and therefore their lives. She also helps clients prepare agreements that are tailored to their particular situation.

The mediation and collaborative divorce processes help clients maximize these goals.
