The primary goal is for co-parents to make choices together for their child that make sense in their family structure. Mediation is used to see if parents can make these decisions together. As an Educator she provides parents resources to improve communication skills and promote awareness of child development issues pertaining to their situation. She also Advocates for the child. Lastly, if parents cannot agree, she may have each parent make their case and Arbitrate a decision.
