Sara Kula

Sara Kula assists parties in resolving disputes through pre- and post-litigation mediation.  Sara remains neutral and respectful as she facilitates communication between the parties, increases understanding on all sides, clarifies misunderstandings, and fosters creative thinking.  Sara believes a mediation is successful if all sides have sufficient information to make an informed decision concerning whether there is a mutually agreeable resolution preferable to all parties than continued litigation.  In reaching this result, Sara listens to the parties’ concerns, acts as a sounding board, questions the parties positions, and provides them with additional factors to consider.

Sara has experience representing both employees and employers in counseling and litigation and regularly serves as a neutral mediator, arbitrator and investigator.  Sara has worked exclusively in the employment law field since graduating from Law School in 2003.  She specializes in the areas of:

  • Dispute resolution
  • Wage and hour compliance
  • Leave and disability management
