Steve Flynn

Steve Flynn is recognized by the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association as a “Credentialed Distinguished Mediator.”  Steve’s mediation experience includes work with both the Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center and the Dispute Resolution Program of Tarrant County.  This includes involvement with 250+ mediations, enhanced by more than 125 hours of mediation training. 

Steve was recognized by the Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center for his outstanding performance in May 2022 – the fourth such recognition as Mediator of the Month.  He was also a finalist for their distinguished “Mediator of The Year” award in 2018.  This award is given annually to the volunteer mediator who has demonstrated “exceptional and outstanding” performance through the Dallas County DRC. 

Utilizing skills strengthened in his 33 years in senior and executive-level corporate management and through an ongoing focus on personal development, Mr. Flynn offers a unique blend of talents – confidence, compassion, keen listening, ideas, and more ideas, problem-solving and masterful negotiation. 

Additionally, Steve was very active in the General Motor’s mediation process, his involvement began in 1997 and included over 50 hours of mediation experience.

Steve’s approach to mediation is professional and respectful, which puts clients at ease during the dispute-resolution process. His style is to always remain calm and focused on the process while the clients remain focused on the dispute. His sense of humor put parties at ease which empowers them to work through the process. Additionally, Steve has significant experience in the Automotive Industry having worked in this field for 33 years and believes that his background will be perfect for any automotive-related disputes (e.g., manufacturer /dealership, vehicle finance/product claims, motor vehicle accidents, finance/credit disputes).
