Mr. Steve Pinther is a Certified Professional Mediator (CPM) providing mediation services for Construction, Business, Elder and all general mediation. Steve has over 45 years of business and construction experience. Throughout these years he has been fortunate enough to serve on numerous boards which allowed him the opportunity to see conflicts from many different perspectives. And is able to assist people in finding a mutual equitable solution. Steve is also effective in assisting elders and families in finding answers for estate problems.
Mediation is the most efficient, fair and mutually gratifying for all parties involved, versus costly and time-consuming litigation which could be a no-win situation.Steve assist the parties to create practical, cost-effective solutions while allowing the parties to maintaining control over the determination of the dispute. Always seeking the best possible outcome for all parties involved and finality in an equitable manner. He serves Southeastern Idaho and Western Wyoming. Steve’s areas of focus are:
