Tess White

Tess White

Tess exclusively represents people injured in accidents.  As a former insurance company lawyer, Tess saw how the insurance companies attempted to blame the victim and get out of paying what they owe.  Now, Tess uses her knowledge of the insurance industry to help the injured get fair compensation for their injuries and get their medical bills paid without damaging their credit. Tess understands that it can be a frustrating, slow and a seemingly unfair process.  Tess allows her client’s to focus on recovering from their injuries while she works to get the case resolved.

Tess, a widow herself, understands what it is like to lose a loved one.  At the age of 43 Tess’s husband passed away after a long illness.  Tess uses that experience to compassionately and vigorously advocate for victims of wrongful death.  Tess is the Founder and President of The Living It Foundation, a non-profit organization that offers financial support to  families lviing with  terminal illness.  Tess is a member of the Executive Board of Directors and Membership Chairperson  of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association..  Tess is proud to have been named as an Indiana  Super Lawyer by  Super Lawyers magazine since 2014.
