Herzog Mediation
Thomas Herzog graduated from the University of Miami and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following a career which included private security, air, and ground ambulance and approximately thirty years in Law Enforcement Tom went back to school to learn about mediation and has been actively doing mediations in Florida since 2011.

Appointed by the chief justice of the Florida Supreme Court to serve on “The Mediator Qualifications and Discipline Review Board” (hereinafter “Board”) which is responsible for accepting grievances against certified and court appointed mediators; determining good moral character for applicants and currently certified mediators; determining probable cause regarding grievances filed against certified and court-appointed mediators and applicants for certification; conducting hearings regarding certified and court-appointed mediators and applicants for certification; and disciplining certified and court appointed mediators and applicants for certification.
