Mr. Thomas Waldbaum founded Effective Conflict Management Group in 2008 to facilitate the mediation and resolution of claims and conflicts domestically and internationally. Tom is a seasoned attorney and contracts/purchasing specialist with over 20 years experience successfully negotiating, managing, investigating, resolving and litigating complex multi-jurisdictional matters.
