Timothy Eiden

A native of Brainerd, Minnesota, Tim Eiden graduated with honors from both Gustavus Adolphus College, where he earned a degree in business administration and was selected as the commencement speaker, and William Mitchell College of Law.
Admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Minnesota, Tim has tried more than 110 cases to a verdict, and represents clients in the areas of civil litigation, insurance law and personal injury defense. He also serves as a mediator and arbitrator. Tim is a multiple recipient of the Super Lawyer designation and has been awarded the highest (AV) rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory based on the reviews of his peers. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Defense Counsel and the Minnesota State Bar Association, at one time serving as chair of the Civil Litigation Section of that organization. He is a frequent speaker at client events and continuing legal education seminars.
Tim has served as president of the Greater Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce, the United Way of Dunn County and the Gustavus Adolphus College Alumni Association and as Chair of the board of the Northwest Family YMCA, which honored him as its Volunteer of the Year, and on the board of Stepping Stones of Dunn County. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Menomonie.
