Tobin Lay

Tobin Lay is the founder/CEO of Sure Horizons Mediation and is a dedicated legal and business professional.  His mission is to facilitate meaningful connections that enhance growth and satisfaction. He is passionate about working for the betterment of society, whether that be in the community, within the workplace, or at home.

Tobin is a Minnesota Supreme Court Rule 114 qualified civil and family mediator. He is also the Chief Operations Officer at Mediation Center, a mediation training institute, where they offer professional accredited ongoing education training for Rule 114 Roster Neutrals and attorneys.  Tobin occasionally works as an Adjunct Professor for the Dispute Resolution Institute at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
