Willie Harris

Mr. Willie E. Harris believes that alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration and mediation give disputing parties a more cost-effective and time-saving approach to resolving their conflicts. Arbitration are different from trials in that instead of a judge or jury, a third-party neutral or arbitrator presides over a conflict, or a panel of three presides over the conflict. However, as a mediator, Willie acts as a neutral, not in the position of a judge, but by helping the parties come together to express their issues, for them to be a part of the solution and put the dispute behind them to move on with their lives or businesses.
