Alison-Forche

Alison Forche

Business Name: Forche Law and Mediation

Alison Forche is a Columbus native who began practicing family law in 1995. She quickly recognized that helping families to solve challenges through guided collaboration leads to a more successful transition through important life changes.

Accordingly, Alison transitioned her focus to mediation, coaching and conflict resolution in both custody/divorce and eldercare matters. Alison is committed to helping her clients ease their emotional and financial expense as they create agreements which serve the best interests of their family. She is also trained as a Mediator (Family, Eldercare and School Attendance), a Parent Coordinator (co-parent coaching in custody disputes), as a Guardian Ad Litem, representing the best interests of the children in custody disputes and in Collaborative Divorce. Additionally, she is certified in Eldercare Coordination and Adult Guardianship.

In mediation, people can explore and discuss, in a safe and comfortable setting, options to help resolve their dispute and in turn, build the trust and rapport necessary for ongoing relationships as needed. We encourage families to be creative in finding effective resolutions for their unique family situations. Forche Law and Mediation provides mediation services in:
