Andrew Aerenson

Andrew Aerenson is a certified mediator in both Delaware and Colorado, focusing his mediation practice on real estate, business, contracts and partnership disputes. He is also a Business Law professor, with a focus on Dispute Resolution.

Andrew is a retired attorney with a career spanning more than 25 years and primarily represented both real estate and business-related clients. His perspective had always been a “Work it out!” mentality, knowing litigation is not the best way to resolve disputes. Andrew steered his career towards mediation with the goal to help disputing parties avoid the economic costs, excessive wastes of time and the emotional burden associated with going to trial.

Andrew encourages parties to work through issues and develop acceptable solutions as a better path forward. Using him as a neutral to facilitate the conversation gives the parties an opportunity to be a part of the solution, rather than relying on a judge or jury to determine their outcome.

Andrew accepts cases from both attorney advocates and pro se parties seeking mediation to help them with their civil matters.
