Drew Pauly serves as Chair of Shoreline’s litigation department. He has over 40 years of litigation experience in diverse real estate, banking, business, unfair competition, partnership, entertainment,  and insolvency disputes. Drew started his career at Manatt, Phelps, Rothenberg & Tunney in Los Angeles.

Drew successfully tried and arbitrated numerous cases and mediated or resolved countless others. Drew’s clients have also spanned the gamut from top tier public companies to individuals faced with problems in need of an insightful and creative approach to dispute solutions and is known for a no nonsense approach to efficient and effective guidance for his clients.

Drew also firmly believes in giving back to the culture and community that surrounds his life through his commitment of time to non-profit organizations and bar activities. Drew has completed a 42-hour mediator training program with a view toward a mediation practice and has been on the volunteer mediator panel for the Central District of California for a number of years.
