Bracha Etengoff is a mediator and attorney at Law & Mediation Office of Bracha Etengoff. Bracha has coached mediation trainings and is the past Co-Chair of the Trusts and Estates Mentoring Circle at the NYC Bar Association. She began her career as an intern for the Hon. Sonia Sotomayor (then of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit) and studied alternative dispute resolution extensively in law school. Bracha has a broad base of mediation experience, including:

Elder mediation (powers of attorney, long term care, & grandparent issues)
Bracha draws on her Master’s degree in Psychology and J.D. to address people’s needs with perceptiveness and sensitivity. She serves clients throughout New York State, in person and by video. Bracha has mediated loan modification solutions that prevented foreclosures. She also supervised Surrogate’s Court proceedings and litigated mass torts cases as an Associate at the law firm of Levy Konigsberg.
