Cheryl Burbach

Cheryl Burbach currently co-manages the firm’s Trademark & Copyright Practice, and works with companies in a vast array of industries, including software, pharmaceuticals, electronics, entertainment, fashion, pet products, financial services, and education.

For more than 20 years, Cheryl’s practice has involved widely varied aspects of intellectual property and related corporate business transactions, with a particular emphasis on domestic and international trademark searches, registration procedures, enforcement, counseling, and litigation.
