Daniel Baldwin is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator, as well as a Florida Wind certified Umpire, a FEMA certified Flood Adjuster and a certified General Adjuster.

Daniel previously served as a Florida Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) faculty member lecturing on effective negotiation skills and diversity in mediation at the annual Arbitrators & Mediators conference. Dan has served as an Investigator for the Mediator Qualifications Board (MQB) and served as a chair of the Florida Lemon Law arbitration panel for the Attorney General’s Office; St. Petersburg region.
