Mr. Eric Sternberger is a partner of Ragghianti Freitas LLP, and acts as outside general counsel to corporations, LLC’s and partnerships. Besides being a transactional attorney, Eric Sternberger maintains a complex business litigation practice dealing primarily with business disputes, shareholder disagreements and provides mediation services (www.sternberger-adr.com) as both an advocate and a mediator, with an emphasis on business and employment disputes. In addition to his legal practice, Eric makes it a priority to volunteer and provide pro bono legal services where needed, and has served as a Marin County Commissioner, acting as Chair of the Adult Criminal Justice Commission advising the Marin County Board of Supervisors on all aspects of criminal justice prosecution and prevention.
Additionally, Eric is the former Chair of the California State Bar Committee on Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies (2007-2008); served for many years on the Board of Directors of the Marin County Bar Association; serves on the Advisory Board of Presidio Bank, now Heritage Bank of Commerce (2016-present); and was the President of the Richard M. Sangster American Inn of Court (2008-2009).
